Diploma in Computer Application DCA

This is a 6 month full time diploma course, designed to aim at imparting a basic level appreciation program for the students. After completing the course, students are able to use the computer for basic purposes of preparing his personal/business letters, viewing information in internet, sending mail, Students are able to use variety of design software to organize, create, publish, and manage websites. Desktop publishing allows the students for produce printed contents by using specialized software to link desktop computers with other computers and printers. Adobe Photoshop provides an entry level position in graphic design and animation. Students can create images, graphics in Photoshop.

Course duration: 6 month (Two sessions)

Qualification

  • A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination(10+2) of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council or an equivalent examination(10+2) recognized as such by the University shall be eligible for admission in to the course.

    • Admission criteria:

  • Application for the admission into the course should be submitted in form prescribed by the college. The course of the study shall be of 6 months duration consisting of two sessions (3 months per session).
  • The admission notice shall be published in college notice board and college website (www.kamarbandhacollege.org).
  • Candidates are required to bring their all relevant original document for verification at the time of admission in stipulated date.
