The college has reconstituted Students' Grievance Redressal Cell as per the
UGC guideline on 11th January, 2020. The function of the cell is to look into the
complaints raised by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students
can state their grievance regarding any academic, administrative, ragging and other
matters within the campus through the online and suggestion box installed in front
of the Principal's office. The college aims at solving the grievances of the students'
within stipulated time.
Objectives of the Cell:
- The students may express freely to put up a grievance in writing with details to
the Cell.

- As ragging is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the campus. If any
student or parent registers a complaint against ragging an urgent enquiry into
the matter shall be conducted
- Considering the genuine complaint the Cell will refresh the grievance and give
a solution to the matter.
- The Cell tries to judge grievance on the basis of natural justice
Procedure for Redressal of Grievances
- The college has a grievance redressal box where any aggrieved student of the
institution may submit an application seeking grievance redressal. The
complainant can also approach the teachers of his /her department or Mentor or
give online complaint for the same. On receipt of any complaint the institution
shall refer the matter to the cell along with its comments within 15 days. The
Cell will fix a date for hearing the complaint which shall be communicated to
the institution and aggrieved person. The aggrieved person shall appear to
present his or her case before the committee. The members will consider the
complaint. In case of any false complaint, the committee may recommend
appropriate action the complaint. If the complaint is a genuine one the
